Refund policy

• All EXCHANGES are allowed within 7 DAYS of receiving items (Within 7 days from delivery date). You MUST contact Jill within 3 DAYS of receiving the items.

 

• Items must be unworn, odor free, smoke free, pet hair free, with tags still attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee. Items must be returned to retailer 7 days from receiving the item.

 

• All items from takeovers, borrowed beauties, sales, deals, discounts, or specials are FINAL SALE. If the retailer “Finds” an item that’s not in her inventory, it is a final sale.

 

• If you return items from a Boss Babe order, or an order that got free shipping, your exchange will be for the value of the items minus the shipping cost the retailer covered.

 

• All credit must be used within 14 days of the exchange. Credit may be use for items on the website, but not on items being claimed during live sales.
